I like pictures and tech talk so here we go. My main ride is the Rayne Libido, with the Bee's Knees C.R.E.A.M. being the loaner and tight tight tight slalom. Super turny 74A front. Rayne Libido Ace 00 front (working on installing sphericals)/Tracker RTS back (can't wait for the Tracker offset to come out) Reflex 74A barrel/short cone front/rock hard bushings back Seismic Hot Spots 84A/81A Mile High Skates bearings because $7 bearings are the tits

 Re: Post Your Slalom Rig!
Sorry no pix as my rigs are back in Michigan and I'm here in Georgia.
Skaterbuilt Hybrid with Turner TTS on the rear and Splitfire front, wedged like mad, of course. 70's flashbacks all around. I've got 8 pairs in various duros to play with.
For wiggle action I have a Supaflex with the old Tracker RT-S/X setup and a bunch of Stingers in various duros. I'm planning to sell that to get a stiff concave board of some type (another Skaterbuilt?). I have Fadell's old front Rad that he won all those races with a few years ago, with the shaved bearing and all. Now that people are going to GoG's, the Rads can be had for less. I may try to find another TTS for the rear as I like that truck, it sticks so well.
I have an old Turner hybrid not mounted and a homemade wood thingy also. Who knows what else lurks in the basement. Guess I will post some of those goodies in the BST forum when I get back to MI.
Haven't done slalom in a coupla years, but would like to get back to it. Maybe this summer.

 Re: Post Your Slalom Rig!
Awesome, sounds like you've got some sweet stuff. You should join us in some cone dodging when you're back up here! I hope you get out soon because Michigan gets nice in the summer! Anyways, here's my Bee's Knees Skathletics Scud. It has a layer of formica on bottom, Ace 00 front, and a Splitfire rear on a Cindrich 0º Independent baseplate. It feels really nice, although I'm working on putting a spherical up front. I'm stoked.

 Re: Post Your Slalom Rig!
Yeah, Bara and Fadell got me into the cone dodging and I went to a few races with them '04 - '05 time frame. Probably '07 was the last time I was out practicing with those guys. I was actually just starting to really get the hang of it. Unfortunately the past couple of years have been difficult, divorce, lost my job, etc. Anyway, hope to get back in the swing when I can. Not to mention back to MI.

 Re: Post Your Slalom Rig!
I've changed my boards up a lot lately, I'm excited to post up the new rigs whenever they come.
